1. Return Eligibility

  • The product size is incorrect (subject to availability)
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unwashed
  • Tags and original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or washed items
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items without original tags or packaging

3. Exchange Policy

If you want to exchange a product for another size or item, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in cases where:

  • The ordered product is unavailable
  • A defective or incorrect item cannot be replaced
  • The order is canceled by our team

Once your refund is approved, it may take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your payment method.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the mistake was from our side.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
